About us
For more than 20 years, Medulin has been a very special place for our family.
We spent many summers here enjoying the sea, the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere
and the beautiful nature of Istria.
Apartments Emilia has been our private holiday home for many years.
In 2026 we decided to open our apartments to guests for the first time and share this
wonderful place with visitors who want to experience Medulin as much as we do.
We hope our guests will feel just as comfortable here as we always have –
enjoying peaceful days by the sea, warm summer evenings and the unique charm
of this beautiful part of Croatia.
