These terms apply to all bookings made through this website.
These terms and conditions govern the booking and stay at Apartments Emilia in Medulin, Croatia.
By making a reservation, guests agree to the following terms.
Booking
A reservation becomes valid once it has been confirmed by the host and, if applicable, after receipt of the required payment or deposit.
Guests must provide accurate information when making a reservation, including the correct number of guests.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is generally available from
14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place by
10:00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
Guests are kindly asked to inform us of their approximate arrival time in advance.
Payment
Payment conditions will be communicated at the time of booking. Depending on the booking method, payment may be required in advance or upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the total price of the stay may be charged.
In case of no-show (if guests do not arrive on the agreed arrival date without prior notice), the full booking amount may be charged.
If travel plans change unexpectedly, guests are encouraged to contact us as early as possible so that we can try to find a fair solution.
House rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, the neighbors and the house rules during their stay.
The apartments may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the reservation.
Quiet hours should be respected, especially during the night.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during their stay.
Any damage must be reported as soon as possible.
Liability
Apartments Emilia is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
Changes to the terms
The host reserves the right to update these terms and conditions if necessary.
